The Global Ocean Accounts Partnership (GOAP), together with the Rekam Nusantara Foundation, acted as the virtual organizer of the 3rd Global Dialogue on Ocean Accounting on March 30, 2022. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) of the Republic of Indonesia co-hosted the event with The United Kingdom's Department for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), which involved more than 400 participants from various countries. The Dialogue Agenda was made as a reflection of previous Dialogue activities, namely in 2019 and 2021, with an emphasis on accelerating progress in the formulation of the global ocean accounting, as well as discussing opportunities for cooperation and collaboration between parties. In accordance with the main theme, the output of the discussion will be the basis for developing an action agenda to encourage the development of global ocean accounts and strengthen efforts to measure and manage the implementation of sustainable marine development.
