One of the programs in the Pantura, Central Java is strengthening the role of fishing ports in supporting sustainable fisheries management. Based on the results of the study and the agreement of the parties with all port heads in Central Java Province, to strengthen the role of fishing ports, it is necessary to develop an information system related to the issuance of Sailing Approval Letters and fishery data collection through Ship Arrival Reports. This information system has been developed since mid-October 2020, which was then discussed with the Head of the Port of Klidang Lor and the harbormaster on November 9 and 10, 2020 to obtain input regarding the information system developed. This meeting will be followed up with the next meeting to explain the improvement of the information system according to the agreement. This activity is not only aimed at improving services, but also increasing the role of ports in terms of data collection, especially to determine catch per unit effort.
