On January 6, 2021, the Fisheries Resource Center of Indonesia Team visited TPI Wonokerto, Pekalongan, Central Java, together with the Head of the Marine and Fisheries Service of Central Java Province. The purpose of the visit was to coordinate with the Wonokerto TPI management regarding the digitization of the auction activities at the Wonokerto TPI or called e-TPI.

Although TPI Wonokerto has modest facilities, the administrators and actors involved in the auction activities have great potential to digitize fish auction activities. The purpose of digitizing this auction activity is to facilitate fish auction activities at the Wonokerto TPI both in the payment process and recording the catch.
